The Swiis Foster Carer portal has been designed to ensure that our Foster Carers and Independent Members are able to access guides and information which will keep them fully updated and help them to provide the best outcomes for children and young people.
The portal further includes documentation which you are required to utilise each day and will also include updates regarding training and developmental opportunities.
The Swiis Foster Carer portal is a new initiative we would welcome any feedback from you in terms of what you would like to see included on this site.

Swiis Foster Care’s very own Education Advisor, Lynne Mackin and Placement Support Worker, Rachel Hallsworth sat down for breakfast with former England footballer Gary Neville. Like Swiis Foster Care, Gary Neville is passionate about creating equal opportunities and education for children and young people of all backgrounds, so it was brilliant for Lynne and Rachel to discuss future pathways with Gary in how to ensure that every child is given a chance.
Gary posted the following on social media:
“Their passion for ensuring that children in foster care aren’t only well looked after, but achieve exceptional education is incredible and we’re looking to talk to them at UA92 to help create more pathways for young children. Brilliant people doing brilliant things.”
